Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any application developed by Benjamin Naro ("Naro Apps"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our applications.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our applications for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our applications only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the apps in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the applications
• Use the apps to transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
• Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the applications

PhoneMouse Specific Terms

PhoneMouse is designed to control your Mac from your iPhone:

• You are responsible for the security of devices connected via PhoneMouse
• Only connect to devices you own or have permission to control
• The app requires certain permissions (Local Network, Accessibility, Motion) to function properly
• You acknowledge that accessibility features allow keyboard and mouse control

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our applications are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the apps

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Benjamin Naro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our applications
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our applications
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through our applications
• Any errors or omissions in any content or information provided through the applications

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the applications, including all associated intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of Benjamin Naro. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.

Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue any application at any time without notice
• Update these Terms of Service at any time by posting the revised terms
• Release updates, patches, or new versions of our applications

Continued use of the applications after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Third-Party Terms

Our applications are distributed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions. You must comply with all applicable third-party terms when using our applications.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our applications immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the applications will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Severability

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Benjamin Naro regarding the use of our applications and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
